Nasalong Nasal Spray 0.05 % (10 g) – Fast Relief from Nasal Congestion
Nasalong Nasal Spray 0.05 % – 10 g is a highly effective nasal decongestant spray formulated for temporary relief of blocked or stuffy nose caused by common colds, flu, allergies (such as hay fever), sinusitis and other upper respiratory conditions. The active ingredient, oxymetazoline hydrochloride 0.05 %, is a fast-acting vasoconstrictor that works locally in the nasal passages to reduce swelling of the mucous membranes, allowing easier airflow and improved breathing.
When you’re struggling with a blocked nose — whether due to winter colds, seasonal allergies or sinus pressure — nasal congestion can make everyday tasks and even sleep uncomfortable. Nasalong is formulated to provide rapid, effective relief by targeting the swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages that cause obstruction and that heavy, congested feeling.
How Nasalong Works
Oxymetazoline hydrochloride, the active substance in Nasalong, is a sympathomimetic agent that constricts dilated blood vessels in the nasal mucosa. When these vessels narrow, the swelling and inflammation of the nasal passages decrease, which in turn opens the airway and allows you to breathe more freely.
Unlike oral decongestants, which circulate through the body, Nasalong acts locally at the site of congestion for targeted relief with minimal systemic absorption. Because of this local action, relief is often felt within minutes of application, helping clear blocked noses quickly and effectively.

How to Use Nasalong
Directions for Use:
-
Gently blow your nose before spraying to clear heavy mucus.
-
Remove the protective cap and prime the pump if it’s the first time you’re using the bottle.
-
Tilt your head slightly forward, insert the spray tip into one nostril and spray once or twice while gently breathing in through the nose.
-
Repeat in the other nostril if needed.
-
Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the cap after use.
Recommended dosing: Typically 1–2 sprays into each nostril every 10–12 hours as needed, but do not exceed the maximum dose on the product label or your doctor’s instructions.
Important: Do not use Nasalong for more than 3 consecutive days without medical advice, as prolonged or excessive use can lead to rebound congestion (rhinitis medicamentosa) where nasal swelling returns or worsens once the spray effect wears off.
